Even if, 100 "WHYS", help us decide, it's something we can't do,
We want to shine, but cannot find the strength to see the light,
The world screams at us again, beats us down, throughout the days and nights,
Find it so hard to get by, want to fly away, but only dream of flight,
Even when the skies and sun do not shine in summer,
Tomorrow fades into the past, again, and yet again,
We know it won't work out, why must we try I ask?

Alas, ESCAPE unto: the vast world that awaits!
Strength must come from within, or doomed to do without,
